Burst Testing to 145,000 psi

At Maximator Test, we can conduct Burst Testing at pressures up to 65,000 psi using water, 145,000 psi using oil and up to 14,500 psi using nitrogen.  Burst Testing is used to determine the absolute maximum pressure a component will burst, fail catastrophically, or begin to plastically deform when pressurized under controlled conditions.

Proof Pressure Testing

Maximator Test conducts hydrostatic Proof Testing at pressures up to 65,000 psi using water, 145,000 psi using hydraulic fluid, and up to 11,250 psi using inert gases such as nitrogen or helium.  Proof Pressure Testing is used to prove the durability of a test sample in a controlled setting.  Maximator Test can accommodate the common ASME, SAE, and ANSI requirements and standards needed to certify your components
