Leakage Tests
The leak tightness of pressurized components is a basic prerequisite of their proper functioning. High pressure hoses, high pressure tubing, containers, cooling and air conditioning systems, high pressure fittings, fuel lines, fuel injection systems, filters and high pressure hydraulic systems are all tested in terms of leak tightness or leakage.
Our test laboratory performs leakage tests in accordance with specific customer requirements. We are thus able to carry out a wide range of test methods, such as pressure drop test and pressure difference testing also under ultra high pressure. Furthermore, we can also use test gases or fluids. The method is selected and the appropriate test item fixture implemented by agreement with the customer, as are the recording and processing of process parameters.
