COMMON RAIL TESTING SERVICE
The common rail system as been used in diesel injection technology since about the mid-1990’s. The ultra-high injection pressures and the controlled multiple injection per combustion stroke generate low pollutant emissions and an efficient engine running culture.
The injection system accounts for around half of the prime cost of a modern diesel engine. Maximator Test has the equipment to provide impulse testing, leak and burst testing, autofrettage, and proof testing of your key components.
At Maximator Test, we provide effective support in the development phase by performing prototype testing. We also offer autofrettage, pressure, burst and leak testing of components.

PRESSURE FATIGUE TESTING
Our testing lab is often used to support manufacturing facilities, R&D labs, prototype labs and their quality departments with material validation, PPAP and component or assembly validation testing. We can help your design, manufacturing, production, and quality engineers gather data to make important decisions regarding your prototype designs or confirm manufactured parts on your assembly line meet the design criteria of your customers. Testing up to 65,000 psi @ 15Hz is available.
