Pressure Fatigue Testing can replicate the conditions an item will experience in a real-world setting.
The purpose of Pressure Fatigue Testing is to determine when and where a component or assembly will
fail over a long period of time at operating pressure or if the component will survive beyond infinite life
of the system where it is installed.
PRESSURE FATIGUE TESTING (Up To 65,000 PSI @ 15Hz)
Using customer-defined testing parameters, we can conduct Pressure Fatigue Testing to verify voltage
readings of fully assembled sensors after a customer-specified number of cycles. We also can process
partially assembled units to test weld strengths.
